Where are you based?
Awesome Healthfoods is based in Burleigh Heads on the sunny Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia.
How much does the freight cost?
You can order as much (or as little) as you like at Awesome Healthfoods – and we’ll even cover the cost of freight if you live in Australia and spend over $50 – we’re here to help! For orders less than $50 a standard charge of $9.95 applies.
How long will it take to get to me?
Deliveries normally take 2-5 business days in QLD, NSW and VIC. However SA, WA and beyond can take a little longer – depending upon your location. Whilst delays can occur that are out of our control, all our freight providers offer a tracking service to keep tabs on your packages whereabouts and estimated delivery time.
Can I get my order sooner?
There are a number of options here: We can use an express postage service or express courier service to get your order to you faster. (Additional shipping costs will likely apply). Please contact us directly to arrange.
How is my order shipped?
Once your order is confirmed we pick, pack and send your order within 24hours (week days). We do our best to take care of your order as well as the environment, so our products are packed using 100% recyclable materials. We are moving as quickly as possible to a fully biodegradeable format, though the technology is not quite there for some items. We believe very strongly about this and we will be first in line when these materials are available.
Can you ship internationally?
Why yes – yes we can! Please contact us directly (see Contact Us by clicking on the Home button and scrolling down) and we will investigate shipping charges for you.
How can I pay for my order?
We only use well respected, secure providers for Credit Card transactions on-line. If you’d prefer to pay by direct deposit please contact us directly on 1800 399 432 to arrange.
If something isnt quite right with my product, can I return it?
We will always do our best to get the right product to you in optimal condition, however there may be occaisions where the product is damaged in transit, or other issues that we cannot foresee. In these cases please let us know as soon as possible. We may require you to return the product to us. Regardless we will try to work with you to correct the issue.

Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Awesome Healthfoods customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Awesome Healthfoods reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
